ABOUT AR.T.DESIGN
Having as main principal the connection of the traditional architecture with the modern design, we combine contemporary methods and materials with traditional styles in order to create a variety of projects that meet the special needs of our customers.
The designing process depends on the personal character of each customer with respect for the area and the uniqueness of the space but also with significant importance to the quality and elegance of the projects.
PURPOSE + TASK
Thodoris Mavrommatis graduated from Mathematics Department of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1983 and he continued his job training on the field of business organization and management. He is a founding member of AR.T.DESIGN and during the first years of the company he dealt with company's financial management. Since 2000 he has been responsible for the implementation and construction supervision in the role of project manager, while at the same time he successfully undertakes the development of funding programs (NSRF) for businesses related to tourism sector since 2001.
SHAPE + FORM
Dimitra Mavrommati studied Architectural Engineering at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and she graduated with honors in 2020. During her studies, she participated in various architectural competitions and she has shown particular interest in exploring the boundaries between real and imaginary structures in architecture, as well as the creation of narrative spaces of interaction. She has been practicing freehand and architectural drawing for several years and she enjoys painting and learning foreign languages. She is the youngest member of AR.T.DESIGN and she is engaged in the part of architectural and urban design.
MATERIAL + COLOR
Sasa Mavrommati graduated from Physics Department of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2013, when she decided to engage with interior architecture and decoration, obtaining a master's degree in Interior Design from Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi in 2016. Since 2014 she has been working as a freelancer on the field of 3D modeling and photorealism while at the same time she held the position of architectural assistant at AR.T.DESIGN. She spends most of her time in Athens but she enjoys traveling depending on the projects she works on. In her free time she experiments with graphic design and gardening. Since 2016 she is in charge of the aesthetic and design part of the company.
